1. No Refund on Digital Products
All digital products such as:

- Short Notes
- Study Kits
- Downloadable Files
are non-refundable once delivered.
2. Instant Delivery Policy
All purchased files are delivered instantly to the customer via email, download link, or account dashboard. Once the product is delivered, it cannot be returned or canceled.
3. Wrong Purchase by User
We are not responsible for purchases made incorrectly by the user, including:

- Buying a duplicate or previously purchased item
